Javier Gracia

Javier Gracia began their work experience in 1997 as an Event Coordinator at MAYSER, Marketing and Services. From 1999 to 2001, they worked in sales at NH Hotel Group. Gracia then served as a Lecturer in International Marketing Strategy at Universidad de Zaragoza from 2006 to 2011. From 2005 to 2012, they were the Export Director at LAPESA GRUPO EMPRESARIAL S.L. Gracia later joined PHI Industrial in 2012 as the International Expansion Director until 2015. Finally, Gracia assumed the role of Vice President Middle East at KETTAL in 2015.

Javier Gracia's education history includes several degrees and programs. In 2015, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the executive version at Esade. The following year, in 2016, they participated in an executive education program called "Leading in a Global Context" at Georgetown University. Also in 2015, they attended an executive education program on "Organizations Transformation & Change Management" at HEC Paris. During the same year, they pursued another executive education program called "Strategic Agility in Emerging Markets" at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University in Beijing.

Before these programs, Javier Gracia obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Marketing from the Universidad de Zaragoza. Additionally, they completed a BAC+5 International Trade program at éklore-ed School of Management. Javier also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business and Management Studies from HZ University of Applied Sciences.

Javier Gracia holds bachelor's degrees in various fields from the Universidad de Zaragoza. These include Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Human Resource Management with a specialization in HR management, and Bachelor of Tourism industry Management with a focus on internationalizing hotel companies. Finally, in 2011-2012, they pursued a Master's degree in teaching, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, at the Universidad de Zaragoza.
