Sami Zerrouki

Sami Zerrouki is a seasoned project engineer with extensive experience in high-end construction projects. Currently serving as an Ingénieur chef de projet at Kettani Immobilier since July 2021, Sami leads luxury developments, including a project of 850 apartments in Dar Bouazza and a waterfront villa and hotel project in Sidi Rahal. Prior experience includes key roles at Nexity, where responsibilities encompassed managing a 210-unit housing and spa project, and at Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France, focusing on the total project management of social residential projects. Sami's foundational experience in civil engineering was built through internships at Bouygues Immobilier, Bymaro SA, and TGCC, alongside a strong educational background in Civil Engineering from Ecole des Mines d'Alès and Ecole Hassania des Travaux Publics.
