Philip Rayner

Philip Rayner has extensive experience in IT and telecommunications, currently serving as a Steward (Rep) at Unison since 2019. Philip has been employed at Kettering Borough Council since October 2008 as an IT Analyst, managing critical systems such as DCs, Exchange, VMware, and Active Directory, along with telecom infrastructure utilizing Mitel 3300 products. Prior roles include Senior Network Administrator at Global Gossip, overseeing the maintenance of over 300 sites and 5,000 PCs globally, and Telecommunications Manager at InsureandGo UK, where responsibilities encompassed daily operations of telephone systems for dual call centers and management of IT support functions.
