Tonya Briggity-Wells

Tonya Briggity-Wells, MSCIS, is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in incident management and IT service management. Currently serving as an IT Incident Analyst at Mastech Digital since September 2025, Tonya has previously held key roles including ITSM Manager at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and ITIL Incident Manager at Spectraforce Technologies. With a focus on process efficiency and service restoration, Tonya’s extensive experience includes leadership positions at Allstate Insurance Company, where responsibilities ranged from Service Restoration Manager to Network Operations Center Manager. Additionally, Tonya has contributed to ITIL Foundations training as President of 4:13 Consulting Services and as a trainer for various firms, enhancing ITIL knowledge in the Greater Chicago Land area. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Dallas Baptist University.
