Tim Brooks is an experienced professional in accounting and ERP system implementation, currently serving as a Systems Accountant at Kettering Borough Council since January 2020, while also leading Smart ERP Solutions Ltd as a Director since June 2010. Brooks has held various roles at reputable organizations such as Agilisys and Embridge Consulting, focusing on the implementation and optimization of the UNIT4 Agresso system, including managing teams for General Ledger and Planner modules. With a strong background in process improvement and reporting solutions, Brooks has successfully contributed to multiple projects and upgrades in the local government sector and private companies. Education was completed at Peterborough College from 1982 to 1984.
