Caleb Ferguson

Caleb Ferguson currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Kettl since January 2023. Prior to this role, Caleb was the Co-Founder of Milli Mylk from June 2019 to January 2023, where the focus was on creating and managing a direct-to-consumer brand. Caleb also held the position of VP of Strategic Initiatives at Dr Smood Group from October 2018 to August 2019, overseeing operations related to new products and e-commerce. At Joe Coffee Company, from April 2012 to October 2018, Caleb progressed from Training Manager to Director of Quality and Director of Strategic Initiatives, leading innovations and quality across multiple departments. Earlier experience as a freelance photographer for The New York Times, Village Voice Media, and other organizations contributed to Caleb's diverse background, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from The New School.
