David Savory

David Savory has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. David most recently worked at Kettle Cuisine as the Director of Treasury and Financial Operations. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Controller at Kettle Cuisine. Before joining Kettle Cuisine, David was the Controller at ClimaCell. David also worked at dataxu as an Accounting Manager, where they managed the career growth and development of the accounting team and implemented process improvements. Earlier in their career, David held roles as a Senior Staff Accountant at Cosi, a Staff Accountant at Lux Research Inc., and in various roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., including Accounts Receivable and Associate/Supervisor. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated a strong expertise in financial operations, process improvements, and regulatory compliance.

David Savory's education history began in 2008 when they attended Bunker Hill Community College, studying Accounting. David then transferred to UMass Boston in 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, focusing on Accounting. David completed their undergraduate studies in 2014.

In 2016, David enrolled in UMass Boston once again, this time pursuing a Master of Science degree in Accounting with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. David successfully completed their graduate studies in 2018.

Furthermore, in December 2019, David obtained the Certified Management Accountant certification from the institution Certified Management Accountant: CMA®, enhancing their professional credentials.
