Guido Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Guido started their career in 2005 as a Production Manager at Senba USA Inc, where they worked until 2009. Guido then joined Savory Creations Intl in 2009 and held multiple roles including Facility Maintenance Manager, Project Coordinator, and Safety Manager. In 2012, they worked as a PC Technician at JIN Computer Repair Services until 2015. In 2018, Guido joined Kettle Cuisine as a Maintenance and Safety Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Plant Engineer in May 2020.

Guido Rivera's education history starts in 1999 when they attended the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science and obtained an Engineer's Degree in 2001. Moving forward, Guido completed a certification program in Information Technology at Ashworth College from 2012 to 2013.

In 2016, Guido enrolled at Chabot College, where they focused on Industrial Electronics Systems Technology in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Guido completed their studies at Chabot College in 2017.

Aside from their formal education, Guido has also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they became a Computerized Maintenance Management Software Operator through eMaint. More recently, Guido acquired certifications from Rockwell Automation, including CCP183 EtherNet/IP Configuration and Troubleshooting in July 2023, CCP146: Studio 5000 Logix Designer System Fundamentals in October 2022, and CCA185: PowerFlex 525 Drives Startup and Configuration in July 2022. In addition, they achieved a Power Lift Truck Train-the-Trainer Certification from Toyota Material Handling USA in May 2023. Lastly, in March 2022, Guido obtained the CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Heart Association.
