Alexandre Avoyer

Alexandre Avoyer is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant management and coffee operations. Currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at Alaïa since December 2022, Alexandre previously founded Dostano Specialty Coffee, where key responsibilities included operational setup, supplier sourcing, and staff training. Alexandre’s background also includes managerial roles at ECOCAFE SA, TM Café & Talk Wine Fribourg, and St Georges Hill Lawn Tennis Club, where skills in team leadership, inventory management, and event coordination were demonstrated. Early career experiences in logistics coordination with the Swiss Army and various service roles in prestigious hospitality venues provide a solid foundation in operational efficiency and customer service excellence.
