Carla Yagua is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs and food safety, currently serving as an International Regulatory Affairs Analyst at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. since June 2024. Previously, Carla held various roles including Regulatory Affairs Consultant at The Food Consortium and Regulatory Affairs Manager at The Hain Celestial Group, where responsibilities included ensuring labeling compliance and product safety for food products. Carla has also worked as a Food Safety & Quality Specialist at General Mills, providing regulatory support across North Latin America, and has extensive experience in Latin American and Caribbean markets. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science degree in Biological & Agricultural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, along with early experience as a Laboratory Quality Technician and a Graduate Research Assistant.
