Karin Rotem-Wildeman

Karin Rotem-Wildeman, PhD, currently serves as the Chief R&D Officer at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. since January 2023. With extensive experience in research and development, Karin held previous roles including Jetpack Strategic Advisor at Rethink Food, Chief Scientific Officer at LIVEKINDLY Collective, and Global Head of Research and Development at Godiva Chocolatier. Notable contributions at PepsiCo spanned nearly two decades, culminating in the position of Senior Vice-President, Research & Development for Regional Beverage Teams, where Karin led global innovation efforts. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, supplemented by business training at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
