Roger Johnson

Roger Johnson is the SVP, Appliance Global Product Organization & General Manager Asia at Keurig Dr Pepper. Roger has previously served as the Vice President, Product Design and Engineering at BISSELL Homecare, Inc. from November 2012 to January 2016. In this role, they were responsible for global product design and engineering for floor care durable goods and chemical consumables. Prior to this, they were the Engineering Director at Whirlpool Corporation from January 2007 to November 2012, responsible for the quality of design processes in 19 technical centers worldwide. From January 2001 to December 2006, they worked as a Vehicle NVH Engineer at Ford Motor Company, responsible for the development of powertrain NVH solutions in the Truck Vehicle Center. Roger began their career as a Transducer Design Intern at HARMAN International from January 1998 to December 1999 and then as a System Engineering Co-Op at Sager Metal from January 1995 to December 1998.

Roger Johnson has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Master of Science in Engineering from Purdue University. Roger also has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
