Sarina Johnson

Sarina Johnson is an accomplished merchandising supervisor at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. since January 2021, responsible for recruiting, selecting, and developing new hires while managing a team of merchandisers and ensuring adherence to merchandising standards. Prior to this role, Sarina served as a relief account manager at Starbucks and held various positions at Ralphs Grocery Company from October 2007 to June 2019, including store manager and grocery manager, where the focus was on customer service and operations management. Sarina has also contributed as a special assignment hiring/front-end trainer, assisting with staffing and training in multiple locations. Currently pursuing a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training degree at American Career College, Sarina previously attended Cerritos College.
