Deepika Shivakumar has over 8 years of work experience in the field of sales and marketing. Deepika began their career in 2013 as a Social Media Monitoring for Social Wavelength. In 2015, they took on two roles, Social Media Executive for Hansa Cequity and Social Media Associate - ORM for Experience Commerce. In 2017, they became a Sales and Marketing Representative for Generation Marketing Group, and in 2018 they worked as a Telstra Business Coach for TSA Group - Australia and a Marketing and Fundraising Agent for Unify Marketing Group. In 2021, they worked as a Marketing Specialist and Student Support Officer for Mciver college, and in 2022 they became an Associate Customer Success Manager for KEV Group. During their time in these roles, they developed and built relationships with educational and migration agents, managed and strategized social media marketing activities, worked with compliance and school's database systems, presented value added solutions to consumer problems, sold suitable products, handled customer representative teams, conducted call audits and presentations, generated leads and search results, monitored brands closely on various social networking sites, and curated and created weekly analysis reports.

Deepika Shivakumar completed their Master of Professional Communication at Edith Cowan University from 2016 to 2018. In 2021, they enrolled in Keystone College of Business & Technology to pursue an Associate's degree in Social Media Marketing, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Deepika also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies, which they obtained from S. K Somaiya College of Arts, Science and Commerce between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, Deepika has obtained two certifications from LinkedIn, Operational Excellence Foundations and Six Sigma Foundations, both obtained in December 2020.
