Greg Kent

Greg Kent is the current CFO at KEV Group. Prior to this, they were with Blueprint Software Systems from October 2009 to October 2018, where they held the title of CFO. Greg's responsibilities there included strategy development, forecasting, leading capital market activities, corporate development activities, board liaison, financial and operational development/reporting, cash management and human resources. Greg also held leadership roles for IT, Professional Services, Marketing and CEO as required during their tenure.

During their time at Blueprint Software Systems, Greg Kent was responsible for developing an effective international and tax legal structure to allow the company to maximize operational efficiencies. Greg also transitioned the company from a perpetual business to a SAAS business, overseeing pricing, business model/metrics, positioning and funding. In addition, they completed four private placements to fund growth, refinanced and increased debt and rationalized the capital table.

Under Greg Kent's leadership, the financial and operational reporting systems at Blueprint Software Systems were developed to allow the company to better manage its operations. Greg also led M&A and liquidity strategies, including developing models, decks and presentations with numerous external parties. Lastly, they established and nurtured HR strategy at the company which resulted in an employee engagement score of over 80%.

Greg Kent completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Queen's University and went on to obtain their certification from CPA Canada as a Chartered Professional Accountant - CA.

Greg Kent reports to Bram Belzberg, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Kobi Ofir - CTO, Aaron Dollinger - VP of Sales, and Andy Stanley - VP of Product.
