Joshua Shuval

Joshua Shuval, CPA, CA has over 10 years of experience in the accounting industry. Joshua began their career in 2003 as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. In 2007, they moved to Soberman LLP as a Senior Accountant. In 2009, they joined RSM Richter as an Associate in the Corporate Restructuring Division, where they acted as a receiver and manager of a baked goods manufacturer, consultant to a large privately owned auto sales group, consultant to a medium-sized metal component manufacturer, and court-appointed monitor to a multi-million dollar real estate developer. Joshua also developed information memorandums and data rooms for various sales mandates to the public. In 2010, they joined KEV Group as Director of Operations and Risk Management, where they are responsible for finance, risk management, payment processing, human resources, product design and implementation, coordination of special projects, employee growth across all divisions and product and client management. Joshua has also coordinated the implementation of KEV's SAS 70 report, new customer contracts, human resources and staff allocation, new product development, and company risk.

Joshua Shuval, CPA, CA obtained their Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 2006. Prior to that, they completed a BACS in Finance and Administration from Western University between 1999 and 2003. Joshua also holds certifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
