Iisa Ahokas

Iisa Ahokas is an experienced real estate investment analyst currently working at Keva since February 2021, where responsibilities include executing real estate transactions, financial modeling, portfolio analysis, strategy development, and reporting. Prior to this role, Iisa served as a Senior Advisor for Hotels at CBRE Finland from August 2015 to February 2021, providing hotel advisory services to real estate investors, including profitability calculations and market analyses. Earlier positions at CBRE Finland encompassed advisory roles focused on corporate real estate management and tenant representation projects. Iisa started the professional journey as a Junior Analyst at the City of Vantaa in mid-2015. Iisa holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Built Environment from Aalto University, along with educational experience at Technische Universität Wien.
