Laura Pekkarinen

Laura Pekkarinen's work experience includes roles at Keva and the National Institute for Health and Welfare. At Keva, they worked as a Research Director starting in January 2023, after previously serving as a Research Manager from September 2020 to January 2023 and as a Working Life Specialist from December 2014 to September 2020. At the National Institute for Health and Welfare, they held positions as a Senior Researcher from June 2013 to November 2014 and from February 2008 to May 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Development Manager from June 2012 to May 2013, where they managed the Kaste program.

Laura Pekkarinen obtained a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Helsingin yliopisto (University of Helsinki) in the years 1994 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in the Faculty of Social Sciences, specializing in Social Psychology at the same university from 2000 to 2008.
