Carolina Biagini Majorel has a comprehensive background in model risk management and quantitative analysis. Carolina has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 2006 as a Real Sector Analyst at Estudio Broda y Asociados. Carolina then worked as an Economic and Financial Analyst at Economía y Regiones S.A., where they monitored and assessed macroeconomic indicators and conducted macroeconomic forecasting.

Following this, Carolina joined The World Bank as a Research Analyst for the Economic Policy Group, providing support in assessing macroeconomic, fiscal, financial, and external indicators. Carolina later became a Consultant for various countries, contributing to loan program documents and performing fiscal and debt sustainability analysis.

In 2013, Carolina joined CRISIL Argentina as a Senior Macro Research Analyst, where they conducted broad economic research for the Fixed Income Strategy and Economics team. Carolina also took on the role of Sr. Quantitative Analyst, conducting validation activities of credit risk models for a top-tier US commercial bank. Carolina became skilled in validating various quantitative and qualitative models and gained expertise in regulatory frameworks.

Most recently, Carolina has been working at Kevin D. Oden & Associates as a Senior Quantitative Analyst, focusing on model risk management, risk modeling, validation, and model governance.

Throughout their career, Carolina has demonstrated strong analytical and research skills, as well as expertise in econometric modeling and forecasting.

Carolina Biagini Majorel began their education at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario, where they pursued a degree in Economics from 1998 to 2003. Carolina furthered their studies at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, obtaining a Master's degree in Economics from 2004 to 2005. Currently, they are a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Buenos Aires, with their studies initiated in 2011 and ongoing.
