Steve Napier

Steve Napier currently serves as the North American Community Engagement and Rewards Manager at KEVIN.MURPHY, starting in November 2025. Prior to this role, Steve held positions at Premier Beauty Supply as the Kevin.Murphy/Color.Me Brand Manager and Color Consultant for Ohio from May 2022 to October 2025. Between August 2020 and June 2022, Steve worked at Revlon Professional as the National Technical Development Specialist/Education Sales Manager, and from July 2018 to June 2022, Steve was the Regional Education/Sales Manager/Technical Development for Stars Companies Revlon Professional. Steve also spent nearly a decade at J.Bentley Studio & Spa as the Master Colorist/Education Director, focusing on client services and educational initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at Joico as a Guest Artist, Gould's Salon Spas as Master Colorist/Educator/Salon & Spa Manager, and Zotos International as ISO Educator/Guest Artist. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Kentucky, earned between 1990 and 1994.
