Damion Lipman

Damion Lipman is an experienced professional in the disability services sector, currently serving as the Group Director of Operations at Key Assets (Australia) since January 2022. Prior to this role, Damion held the position of Director at the National Disability Insurance Agency from March 2019 to December 2021. Damion's extensive experience includes serving as General Manager of Support Services - North at Multicap Limited and as National Manager of Support Coordination at Community Solutions Group. Additionally, Damion worked at Life Without Barriers as National Disability Reform Manager and State Manager for Disability Strategy. Damion's career began at the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services, serving as Director from 2000 to 2014. Damion holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from The University of Queensland, obtained from 1991 to 1994, and attended Brisbane Adventist College from 1978 to 1990.
