Michael Ainsworth

Michael Ainsworth is a seasoned professional in the field of developmental education and disability services, currently serving as the State Director at Key Assets Australia since July 2021. Previously, Michael held the position of Regional Director at Life Without Barriers from March 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of best practice models in foster and kinship care. Michael’s extensive experience also encompasses roles as a Regional Manager and Clinician, focusing on functional behavior assessments, staff training, and clinical support for out-of-home care teams. Prior roles as a Developmental Educator at Cara and Team Leader at Minda Incorporated further showcase Michael's commitment to developmental support and disability services.
