Catherine is a Key Women’s Leadership Forum facilitator and international executive coach, speaker, facilitator, and writer. For Catherine or “Cat” as she is often called, it is a privilege to work through challenges and successes with deliberate leaders who are forever curious and growing, who in turn, create powerful teams that drive meaningful success — far beyond the bottom line.

Originally from the United Kingdom, she has lived in St. Petersburg, FL for the last 17 years, and works with leaders and teams of SMEs, non-profit organizations, and Fortune 500 companies around the globe. Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Cat served in the investment management industry and in technology, media, and marketing startups – in adaptive leadership roles that covered HR, talent development, marketing, operations, investor relations, compliance, and account management.

Cat brings forward a strengths-based partnership approach to working with high performing leaders, teams, and organizations, through applied emotional intelligence, emotional resilience awareness, and tooling up leaders to lead with attunement, influence, and impact.

Cat is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and in psychometric assessments including the Hogan Assessments, Team Emotional Intelligence Survey, Emotional Resilience Awareness Survey, Executive Presence Index (Expel), Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP), Coaching Mindset Index (CMI) and Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP). She has completed accredited coach training through Coach U, in addition Existential Coaching training, and mindset coaching training under Dr. Jen Hall, and received the Professional Certified Coach designation through the International Coaching Federation. Cat holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
