Sara Ensey, MHA, BSN, RN

Sara Ensey, MHA, BSN, RN has a wealth of experience in the healthcare field. Sara began their career in 2003 as a Fitness Specialist/ Personal Trainer at LifeBridge Health & Fitness. In 2004, they moved to LifeBridge Corporate Health as an Assistant Manager. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at LifeBridge Health in various roles, including RN II- Emergency Room, RN- Cardiac Rehabilitation, and Professional Nursing Practice- Special Projects. From 2011 to 2014, they were employed at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, first as a Program Manager and then as a Sr. Process Improvement Specialist. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as Director of Quality at MDLIVE, Inc. In 2020, they were appointed President and COO of ClearView Health and Managing Partner of Ensey Consulting, LLC. Currently, they are the Chief Of Staff at KeyCare.

Sara Ensey has a diverse educational background. Sara obtained their MS in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland Baltimore, their BSN from Stevenson University, their BS in Sports Medicine from Radford University, their AS in Nursing from Howard Community College, and they also attended the Baltimore School for the Arts for Dance. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Registered Nurse and a Trauma Nurse.
