Mubera O’Brien

Mubera Durakovic started their work experience as an Office Manager at Ambrose Equipment Co., Inc. from May 2011 to April 2015. Mubera then joined USConnect Holdings, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager from April 2015 to December 2017. During their time in this role, they were responsible for administering employee benefits and processing payroll. Mubera later served as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at USConnect Holdings, Inc. from December 2017 to June 2020, where they handled various HR functions such as organizational development, change management, leadership development, and diversity initiatives. Mubera is currently employed as the Director of Human Resources at Key Auto Group since June 2020.

Mubera Durakovic completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University. Mubera pursued their undergraduate education from 2010 to 2014. Mubera then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, General from the same university. Their MBA education spanned from 2015 to 2017.
