Gloria Kim

Gloria Kim is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in client engagement, operations, and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Client Engagement at Key Management Group, Inc. since May 2024, Gloria has previously held significant roles at Vertafore, including Sr. Director of Operations and Principal Project Manager. Experience also includes positions at MGA Systems, Inc. as Integrations Product Manager and at Smith Johnson Group as Product Manager. Gloria's early career features roles at BriteCore, Farmers Insurance, and various positions in retail, demonstrating expertise in product development, underwriting, and administrative functions.
