Hazel Jane Lingad-Bondad has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In 2015, they started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Smart Communications, Inc. Hazel Jane then joined Universal Robina Corporation in 2016, where they worked as a Consumer Marketing Assistant and later as a Consumer Marketing Associate until 2021.

In 2021, Hazel joined XYZ GOAT as a Corporate and Marketing Assistant, and then moved to Babel, Inc. as a Product and Marketing Assistant.
