VP Of Cloud Infrastructure at Key Software Systems

Neil Levy has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Neil started their career in the U.S. Army as a Tactical Satellite Microwave Systems Engineer, where they installed, operated, and maintained communication equipment. After leaving the military, Neil worked for Dow Jones/Telerate Systems, Inc. as a Data Communications Engineer, responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining their worldwide data communications network.

Neil then joined United Parcel Service (UPS) as a Global NOC Supervisor/Network Engineer, where they supported a large network infrastructure and supervised a team of technicians. Neil was also involved in the installation of the UPS Mobile Cellular network. Later, they worked for Anixter Inc. as a Senior Customer Engineer, designing and installing LAN/WAN networks for customers and managing projects.

In 1999, Neil joined Saint Barnabas Health Care System as a Data Center Manager/Technology Architect. Neil was responsible for technology architecture across multiple facilities, managing employees and consultants in the corporate data center and LAN/WAN support group.

From 2001 to 2018, Neil worked for FreedomTec Services, Inc. as Vice President of Technology Services. In this role, they supported numerous companies and locations, managing day-to-day operations, designing technology solutions, and responding to RFPs.

Since 2018, Neil has been with Key Software Systems, initially as a Director of Information Technology and then as VP of Cloud Infrastructure. Their responsibilities include managing and expanding their Cloud infrastructure, spearheading network integrations, and overseeing O365 operations.

Throughout their career, Neil has demonstrated expertise in cloud infrastructure, network integration, and technology architecture. Neil has also shown leadership skills in managing teams and projects.

Neil Levy attended the U.S. Army Signal School in Ft. Gordan, GA, from 1986 to 1987. During this time, they studied Satellite and Microwave Systems and Communications, but they did not obtain a degree.
