Stephen Arena

Stephen Arena has extensive experience in human resources and training roles. Stephen currently serves as the Human Resources Director at the Key Training Center, where they oversee HR, training and development, and safety and risk management. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Arena Productions. Stephen also worked as a State Recruiter and Change Management Specialist at The MENTOR Network and as an HR/Certified Professional Training Manager at the Southwest Florida Water Management District. Stephen has also held positions as the Human Resources Director at AlphaStaff, Senior Human Resources Specialist at Duke Energy Corporation, and Human Resources Manager at Corrections Corporation of America. Stephen's early career includes serving as the Human Resources Director at EDS Corporation, where they were responsible for HR records management and compliance.

Stephen Arena has a Certificate of Graduation in Commercial Photography from the Center for the Media Arts/Germain Institute. Stephen also has an A.A.S. degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Kingsborough Community College.
