Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently, Sebastiraj serves as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020. Prior to this role, Sebastiraj was the Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, overseeing Pega practice solutions and customer engagement. Previous positions include Senior Architect at Lloyds TSB and Senior Solutions Architect at Wipro Technologies, with significant contributions to BPM architecture and governance for various clients, including FedEx and MasterCard.
