Beata Eickhoff (Fijalkowski) has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management, currently serving as Vice President - Recruitment Team Manager & Recruitment Service Delivery Manager at KeyBank since August 2016. Previously, Beata held the position of Vice President - Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager/Human Resources at First Niagara Bank, where responsibilities included managing the talent acquisition team and overseeing various recruitment systems. Beata also gained experience as a Planning & Staffing Specialist at Ingram Micro, a Contractor for Life Technologies, and as a Recruiter at Hunter Search and Placement Professionals, in addition to coaching women's basketball and soccer at Hilbert College.
