Brian Ponchak

Brian Ponchak has extensive experience in human resources, having served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at KeyBank from August 2016 to February 2018, where collaboration with senior leadership facilitated the identification of human capital needs and the development of strategic solutions. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Grange Insurance from August 2011 to July 2016, providing HR support across multiple departments including Finance and Marketing. Additional roles include Human Resources Business Partner and Associate Human Resources Generalist at Verizon Wireless and a Senior Customer Service Representative at Ohio Hospital Association. Brian began his career with internships in public relations and communications at the American Red Cross Greater Cleveland Chapter. Brian holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Ohio University.
