Catherine Miller has extensive experience in employee engagement and recognition, currently serving as the Mgr of Employee Engagement and Director of Reward & Recognition at KeyBank since May 2016. In this role, Catherine oversees a recognition program for over 12,000 employees, focusing on motivating sales and service professionals to enhance performance, as well as developing holistic employee engagement programs aimed at improving financial, mental, and physical health. Prior to this, Catherine held similar roles at KeyBank from 2010 to 2016, including Director of Employee Reward Program and Leader of Document Development Team. Catherine began her career at KeyBank in 1996 as a Communication Specialist and previously worked as a Research Associate at Heidrick & Struggles. Catherine holds an MBA in Marketing/MIS from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BA in Communications from Hillsdale College.
