Dana Palmer

Dana Palmer has an extensive background in banking and change management, currently serving as AVP, Enterprise Change Management Operational Risk Officer at KeyBank since February 2012, focusing on the Key@Work program with an emphasis on process improvement, marketing, training and development, and strategy. Prior experience includes roles at Charter One Bank from September 2003 to February 2012, where Dana held positions such as Corporate Trainer, responsible for employee training on branding and sales strategies, and Branch Sales Manager, overseeing sales performance and customer satisfaction.
