Elizabeth Yazdani is an experienced executive recruiter currently serving as Vice-President and Senior Executive Recruiter in Enterprise Talent Acquisition at KeyBank since January 2022. In this role, Elizabeth leads executive-level hiring across various sectors including Community/Corporate Banking, Technology, Risk, Finance, Key Private Bank & Wealth Management, and Enterprise Payments and Operations. Prior to this, Elizabeth founded and operated Executive Key Consulting, Inc. from January 2010 to January 2022, specializing in executive searches within Financial Services, Real Estate, and Legal fields.
