James Matlesky

James Matlesky has demonstrated strong financial and leadership capabilities through various roles in both corporate and academic settings. Experience at PenFed Credit Union as a Financial Analyst Intern involved analyzing and updating a $1+ Billion fixed-income portfolio while creating daily rate reports. As an Enterprise Risk Management Intern, coordination with senior managers led to the development of a comprehensive risk register and the implementation of the "ERM Watchtower" tool. Leadership was showcased as President of Phi Gamma Delta’s Sigma Nu Chapter, where responsibilities included representing over 60 members and negotiating an extended contract for the chapter house. Further professional development occurred at KeyBank, where roles included Manager of Commercial Bank Risk and Lead Financial Analyst. Matlesky holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
