Jeffrey Douglas

Jeffrey Douglas, CFA, is currently the Head of Institutional Advisors at KeyBank, a position they have held since 2023. They previously served as the National Director of Sales and Client Experience at Key Private Bank from 2019 to 2022, overseeing services for high-net-worth families. Prior to that, Douglas held several executive roles, including Executive Vice President at Fifth Third Bank and National City Bank, along with Vice President at The Northern Trust Company.
