Jodi Gallacher is a digital product leader with over 14 years of experience in banking and 11 years in digital product management. Currently, Jodi guides teams at KeyBank to implement transformative strategies that enhance consumer banking and has achieved significant results, including a 25% increase in modernization and record-high online application pull-through rates. Previously, Jodi held roles at First Niagara Bank and HSBC, where they successfully managed digital transformations and boosted sales through innovative product strategies. Jodi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), alongside ongoing education at the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School.
