Currently serving as the Global Product & Process Leader for MedTech SC Digital & Business Transformation at Johnson & Johnson since December 2021, Taoufik previously held significant leadership roles at Olam, where responsibilities included VP Global Head of Operations Digital Transformation Source - Make - Deliver, and VP Global Digital Manufacturing & Innovation. With a robust background at Nestlé from 2003 to 2018, Taoufik specialized in Global Digital Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives, while also contributing to manufacturing excellence and engineering systems.
