Mark Brncik

Mark Brncik, Esq., CRCM serves as an AVP and Enterprise Compliance Analyst at KeyBank since September 2015. Prior to this role, Mark held positions as Associate Attorney at Javitch Block LLC, where responsibilities included managing complex litigation and ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and at the Law Offices of Timothy M. Sullivan, focusing on bankruptcy proceedings. Mark's legal experience also includes internships with the U.S. Coast Guard and the Ohio Attorney General's Office, where Mark contributed to legal research and document preparation. Mark holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in History from Kent State University.
