Todd Reynolds is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial mortgage loan portfolio management and special servicing. As a Senior Vice President at KeyBank Real Estate Capital since January 2006, Todd oversees a $14 billion portfolio comprising 2,500 loans while leading a team dedicated to servicing commercial real estate loans for major financial institutions. Previously, as Vice President of Special Servicing, Todd managed a skilled team that achieved high recovery rates on defaulted loans, demonstrating expertise in structured finance and lender rights enforcement. Earlier experience includes serving as Environmental Manager at MFA Oil Company. Todd holds an MBA in Finance and a dual BSBA in Finance, Banking & Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
