Yuk Ping Ng

Yuk Ping Ng, CFA, currently serves in Corporate Development and Strategy at KeyBank since 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Director of Corporate Development at Charles Schwab from 2011 to 2024, where Yuk Ping led significant M&A efforts, executing $30B in acquisitions including the notable acquisition of TD Ameritrade. From 2009 to 2011, Yuk Ping was Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasury at E*TRADE Financial, overseeing global M&A and strategic partnerships. Yuk Ping also held various leadership roles at Pitney Bowes from 2002 to 2009, focusing on financial planning, analysis, and corporate development, as well as serving as an Associate at Credit Suisse First Boston from 2001 to 2002. Yuk Ping holds an MBA in Finance from Duke University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London.
