Janet P. Woodruff

Ms. Janet Woodruff has been a director since June 9, 2015. Ms. Woodruff is a corporate director with over 30 years of experience in the energy, transportation, and health sectors, including her most recent role as acting Chief Executive Officer of Transportation Investment Corporation. Previously, Ms. Woodruff held executive roles at BC Hydro, BC. Transmission Corporation, Vancouver Coastal Health, and Westcoast Energy. She currently serves on the boards of Altus Group, Ballard Power Systems, Capstone Infrastructure, and FortisBC. Ms. Woodruff holds the ICD.D designation and is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant of British Columbia.
