Jennifer Graham Grier

Jennifer Graham Grier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce planning and human resources within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Team Lead for Workforce Planning & Analytics at Keyera since March 2015, Jennifer is responsible for integrated talent and capability planning and providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. Previous roles at Keyera include HR Advisor, Talent Management Advisor, Talent Management Coordinator, and HR Administrator, contributing to the company's operations as one of Canada's largest midstream operators. Prior to Keyera, Jennifer held the position of Customer Support Supervisor at Aerotek and Lead Employment Facilitator at the Progressive Alternatives Society of Calgary. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Lethbridge and has further education from Mount Royal University.
