Karen Durocher

Karen Durocher is an experienced professional in the field of health and safety, currently serving as an Investigations Specialist and Health and Safety Advisor at Keyera since January 2022. Previously, from 2002 to February 2020, Karen worked at the Alberta Energy Regulator as a Regional Coordinator and Inspector, focusing on compliance inspections of upstream oil, gas, and waste facilities, as well as addressing incidents and public complaints. Karen's career began at Chevron as a Summer student Relief Operator from May 1997 to August 2001. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and multiple degrees and certificates in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Fredericton, with ongoing studies in an OHS Associate Degree program.
