Stephanie (Preston) Saunders CPHR is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in workforce planning, talent attraction, and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Workforce Planning & Talent Attraction at Keyera, Stephanie has previously held key managerial roles at MEG Energy Corp., overseeing talent and culture initiatives as well as HR operations. With a solid foundation established at the City of Calgary and a progressive career at Encana Corporation, Stephanie has demonstrated expertise in leadership development, HR business partnering, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives.
