伟 拱拥有丰富的技术管理和开发经验，现任KEYi Tech的技术总监，专注于机器人硬件系统的开发工作，涵盖机械、结构、硬件、嵌入式及供应链管理。在北京塞宾科技有限公司担任项目总监期间，负责产品定义、规划及项目管理。早期在天津三星通信技术有限公司担任硬件开发部门经理，推动多款手机硬件项目的研发及团队管理。此外，伟 拱在北京三星通信技术研究有限公司担任高级硬件工程师，参与多个重要手机型号的音频与电源设计，并在海尔负责硬件电路参考设计。伟 拱拥有北京邮电大学的硕士和学士学位，专业领域为电磁场与微波技术及通信工程。
