Onno Van Steijn is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the beauty and sustainable packaging industries. Currently serving as CEO of OneCircle/KeyKeg since October 2024, Onno oversees global business development and expansion efforts for a leading company in sustainable packaging based in Den Helder, the Netherlands. Prior to this role, Onno was the CEO and Managing Director of Davines in Germany from January 2023 to June 2024, where responsibilities included starting up and expanding the German branch of the Italian B Corp beauty company. From November 2020 to January 2023, Onno held the position of Managing Director DACH at Revlon Inc., managing two legal entities. Onno’s career includes significant roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where responsibilities encompassed general management for Aveda and Bumble & bumble across multiple European countries, and a longstanding tenure at L'Oreal in various sales and management positions. Onno holds a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration, Management & Organisation from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and an Abitur from Alkwin Kollege.
