Bernie van Welt has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. From 2018 to 2019, Bernie worked at ScaleUpNation as the Program Director. Bernie was in charge of the design and delivery of the Flight program, which supported young, innovative ventures in scaling their businesses.

Most recently, Bernie joined Keylane in 2020. Bernie held positions as Director Product Development Axon, Director DevOps P&C, and currently serves as the VP DevOps P&C. Bernie played a pivotal role in the development of the Axon product and is now responsible for leading DevOps processes in the property and casualty division.
