Nicolas Marzin

Nicolas Marzin is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in product management and innovation across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Group AI Strategy & Product at Keylane since October 2025, Nicolas previously held the position of Head of Technical Product Management and Product Manager for Workflow Experience at Board from January 2023 to September 2025. Prior to that, Nicolas spent over 18 years at TIBCO, culminating in the role of Senior Director and Field CTO for EMEA, where responsibilities included shaping technology platforms, leading innovation labs, and enhancing presales strategies. Earlier career milestones included consulting and presales roles at Staffware PLC and SETICS. Nicolas holds a degree in Software Engineering from ENSEIRB-MATMECA and completed executive education at Ecole Polytechnique.
